As an educator for 20 years, Aoife fell in love with the potential of yoga to bring about personal transformation and wellbeing, different to that which can be achieved in the academic setting of lecture room or classroom. Whether a strong Vinyasa or a static Yin practice, the meditative aspects of the practice are fundamental to how she teaches.
As a published songwriter with an MA in Music Technology, her classes combine a musicological awareness with a dedication to unpack the language of yoga in new and evolving ways. She completed her 200hrs with Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy at Yoga Dublin in 2016.

Jess’s practice was born out of work related stress and back pain! She was working in a stressful job and noticed that after sitting at her desk for 3 to 4 hours without moving, her back would start to hurt. So she found a yoga class near to her work and started going every Monday.

She then started to get really stressed in work which was taking over in her downtime as well and noticed that during yoga practice her concentration and breathing were so focused and calm she would forget about work and her mind felt peaceful and spacious. The anxious feeling disappeared.

Kate discovered yoga 10 years ago starting with Ashtanga practice. She fell in love with the strong but meditative physical aspect and the sense of balance and peace it gave. After years of regular practice, she knew she wanted to further her yoga knowledge with teacher training in the hopes of passing onto others some of the sense of calm, strength and belief in oneself that comes with yoga practice.

Health and wellness has been a huge part of Andrea’s life from an early age. Born in London, Andrea trained in ballet before moving to Dublin where she competed in a variety of sports such as hockey, tennis, basketball and running. After the birth of her first daughter in 2009, exercise became an integral part of her daily routine and helped her to cope with daily stresses. Pilates was not her first choice of exercise, however, after suffering from back pain following two pregnancies she quickly discovered what a powerful tool it was. Pilates complements all forms of exercise, helping you to slow down and become in complete control of every part of the body. Andrea is qualified in pre- and postnatal, beginner to advanced Pilates, small equipment, Pilates for the ageing population, healing diastais rectus and barre concept. Andrea loves to learn and continues her education to update her skills.

Michele started practicing yoga seriously after two emergency surgeries in her late twenties. With ten pins and a titanium plate installed in her left ankle, the prognosis was arthritis and limited range of motion. She attended her first yoga training to develop a deeper understanding of the practice while working to prevent a lifetime of joint pain.

Her first teacher, Beth Beigler, combined Iyengar inspired asana with a Body Mind Centering approach. Deeper than that, Beth taught subtle anatomy, Hindu mythology and Ayurveda. This colourful, textured adventure started to unfold beneath the layers of the asana.

Rachael’s journey with movement began at age 3 when she attended her first Irish Dance class. In 2015 she began touring the world with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance and also performed the female lead role on the Westend. The practice of Yoga allowed her to heal both mentally and physically after a dance related injury and it is her passion to share the benefits with others. Through her extensive dance career and lack of wellbeing education within the dance industry, she decided to become a yoga teacher.
Rachael teaches movement in a holistic way, showing students how to make poses work for their body instead of trying to mold their body to the poses. Her classes are alchemy of mindfulness, movement and meditation that explore how to find freedom within movement and stillness.

Yoga forced me to listen to my body, mind and heart for the first time.
I found yoga when I finished my first degree feeling uncertain about my path in life. I went on to complete my 200 hrs in Mozambique in Ashtanga/Vinyasa. It was an experience that ultimately changed me forever. I left feeling overwhelmed yet more intune with myself than ever before which is a scary thing.
A few months after that I went on to do my Hot 26 training at my home studio in Cape town. I taught for about 2 years before heading to India to complete my 300hrs. There we focused on Ashtanga, Hatha, cleansing techniques, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
Shortly after India I moved to Ireland where I completed 30hrs in Rocket yoga with Carson Calhoun. One of the reasons I absolutely love teaching yoga is that at any moment teachers can be students and students can be teachers. It is a never ending learning curve.
My classes focus on mobility, strength, breathwork and finding space for yourself. I want people to feel like they have arrived home. I am honored to teach and learn from all who join my classes.

In his early twenties, Robbie spontaneously discovered Yoga. His initial learning came from two adept yogis in India and with his great love of the spirit of this land,he has spent much time there since, visiting various ashrams and Yoga schools to further deepen his understanding.
His classes are diverse, explorative and always aim to deliver the student to a place of calm and ease within their body and mind. Expect slow, melting, nourishing evening practices and strong, steady morning journeys.
Robbie continues to study Classical Non-Dual Tantric Philosophy and take courses. His approach to life is to continually be a beginner, to embrace new ideas and remain humble in his approach. He believes that in a world that is frantically growing, Yoga can be our anchor going forward. He is delighted to share this practice and walk this path with you.
