Amelia Dunne
Pilates Instructor
Amelia trained as a fitness instructor in Litton Lane and holds an NCEF (National Certificate in Exercise & Fitness). She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with Bodyfirm in both Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (advanced) mat work.
Anna Olsson
Yoga Instructor
Anna is a Dublin based yoga teacher who has been teaching in Ireland and abroad for the past 8 years. She sought out the practice in an attempt to find a cure for a busy and unsettled mind. It was an instant realisation that the mat was the right place for it. The yoga taught her to connect with her body, her breath and her inner life.
Catie Pauley

Catie is a yoga teacher originally from the U.S. and now happily living in Dublin! She loves to teach a high energy flow that will get you out of your head and into the moment. Her classes are specifically designed to curate a high-vibe experience to bring not only the benefits of each physical pose, but to create some headspace amidst a world of anxiety and to-do lists.
Elizabeth Herman
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Elizabeth has practiced yoga for over 20 years and completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2012. She furthered her knowledge with 300-hours of advanced yoga training with Bidyut Bose at Niroga Institute in Oakland, California and qualified to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hansen Lasater and Yoga Nidra IRest with Richard Miller in San Francisco.
John McGuire
Yoga Instructor
John has been teaching his Gentle Yoga classes at Yoga Dublin for the past four years.
He is currently teaching online on Mondays at 3pm, Wednesdays at 10.30am and Fridays at 5pm. His classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all ages, whether you are a beginner, early improver or regular practitioner.
His teaching philosophy is to explain how his bespoke sequences benefit the body, mind and spirit. He changes the focus of his classes every few weeks with sequences to build bone strength, improve blood quality, boost the immune system, maximising spine health and other themes.
Rachael O’ Meara Curran

Rachael teaches movement in a holistic way, showing students how to make poses work for their body instead of trying to mold their body to the poses. Her classes are alchemy of mindfulness, movement and meditation that explore how to find freedom within movement and stillness

Áine is a 300-Hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and a 500-Hour qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Therapy Ireland. Áine teaches yoga with an emphasis on safety and alignment, offering students a safe and supportive environment to explore their personal yoga practice while moving mindfully.

Amy Charlie found Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda when she was dealing with anxiety and depression - it was invaluable to her recovery and has relied upon it ever since to help her deal with everyday stress and the challenges of life.
In Amy's classes, you will explore the Philosophy of Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindfulness as well as flowing through poses building both physical and mental strength. Amy aims to work with all 8 limbs of Yoga during her classes, from the poses (asana) to Mindful breathing (pranayama) to meditation (Dharana) to turning inward (pratyahara) and facing yourself and the present moment. It is more than exercise practice but a well-being practice that can enhance your experience of life.
Aoife Moriarty

As an educator for 20 years, Aoife fell in love with the potential of yoga to bring about personal transformation and wellbeing, different to that which can be achieved in the academic setting of lecture room or classroom. Whether a strong Vinyasa or a static Yin practice, the meditative aspects of the practice are fundamental to how she teaches.
As a published songwriter with an MA in Music Technology, her classes combine a musicological awareness with a dedication to unpack the language of yoga in new and evolving ways. She completed her 200hrs with Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy at Yoga Dublin in 2016.
Claudia Manica

Claudia is a fitness trainer of international experience whose work focuses on body, mind and wellbeing.
As a qualified physical therapist who graduated from UCD Sport and Fitness, she has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with more than 12 years of experience in Yoga and 5 years in Pilates.

Jess’s practice was born out of work related stress and back pain! She was working in a stressful job and noticed that after sitting at her desk for 3 to 4 hours without moving, her back would start to hurt. So she found a yoga class near to her work and started going every Monday.

Lisa embraced Pilates as a career following the birth of her son in 2008.
This experience left her unable to walk for many weeks. As time passed Pilates helped her body to recover and strengthen. It also had a profoundly positive effect on her mental well being.
Mignon van der Linde

Mignon found yoga after completing her first degree had left her feeling uncertain, anxious and lost. She began practicing daily only then to start travelling and is now a 850-Hour certified yoga teacher. She specialises in Dynamic vinyasa, Hot yoga, Rocket Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Expect a strong class with a deeply nourishing finish.

Andrea McGee

Health and wellness has been a huge part of Andrea’s life from an early age. Born in London, Andrea trained in ballet before moving to Dublin where she competed in a variety of sports such as hockey, tennis, basketball and running. After the birth of her first daughter in 2009, exercise became an integral part of her daily routine and helped her to cope with daily stresses. Pilates was not her first choice of exercise, however, after suffering from back pain following two pregnancies she quickly discovered what a powerful tool it was. Pilates complements all forms of exercise, helping you to slow down and become in complete control of every part of the body. Andrea is qualified in pre- and postnatal, beginner to advanced Pilates, small equipment, Pilates for the ageing population, healing diastais rectus and barre concept. Andrea loves to learn and continues her education to update her skills.

Barbara has been practicing Yoga since she moved from Italy to Ireland in 2003, and continues learning Yoga as a way of life and self-development. She focuses on creating a safe and welcoming space where her students can deepen their awareness of body, breath and Self and find more space and vitality on and off the mat.

Des has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2010.
He discovered the practice quite by chance through a Christmas present from his wife, but immediately knew that it was for him. The physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice became immediately apparent and indeed became a great support in an often stressful career.

Joanna began to train in India in 2004 .Her main practice there was in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition.Jo
completed her teacher training in Los Angeles at the renowned Yoga Works studio in Santa Monica
with her mentor Annie Carpenter.Jo now has over 15 years of teaching experience in Dublin and
abroad.
Now a mother of three, Joanna found how imperative her yoga practice was to her through the
challenges of pregnancy and motherhood, and now also teaches both Pre and Postnatal Yoga,Mum
and Baby Yoga and Active Birth workshops.
Katrin Neue

Katrin is an interdisciplinary movement teacher with a background in dance performance and dance education (primarily classical and contemporary dance). Pilates teaching is informed by her work as an
ISMETA registered Somatic Movement Educator in the tradition of Thomas Hanna, and often involves
playful variations.

Mich believes in exercising safely and effectively and she offers modifications and progressions in her classes whilst maintaining a continuous flow of movement.
