What is yoga?
And why beginners yoga?
Yoga is a combination of mental, physical & spiritual practices. Most classes focus on Asana's (Physical movements).
We believe yoga is quite literally for everyone & we strive to align with this. We know your first class can feel daunting & maybe even intimidating. Therefore we created our beginners classes. Giving both your body & mind a chance to give this yoga thing a real go.
