Shane completed his 200 hour teacher training in Dublin with Brian Malone. Since then he has continued his training with Micheal James Wong of Krama Yoga and has done lots of trainings with Adam Husler.
Shane was first introduced to yoga through drama school and with a background in the gym first found yoga frustrating and difficult to understand but with a persistence began to open the body and free the mind.
His classes are focused on finding balance with an emphasise on the use of breath to find a pose.
