Lisa has been teaching mindful movement for 8 years now . She is a qualified Personal Trainer, Reformer & Mat Pilates teacher & teaches both Vinyasa Flow & Restorative yoga . Lisa is originally from a banking background & understands the needs of people who sit for long periods. Poor postural alignment along with tight , weak muscles from lack of movement lead to discomfort, inflexibility & often pain in the body . With this in mind she delivers each class so that you come out floating on air, feeling strong & stretched to your limits. Lisa is married with 3 children & loves running & swimming.
