Whenever my head was full, I went to yoga. I started developing a steady practice in 2011 at my favourite school in Amsterdam. Svaha taught me strong & spiritual vinyasa to ‘burn’ the fluctuations of the mind and to open up the body. Alongside a fast paced job in media, time with the yogic community felt like bliss. The more I practiced, the more things in my life started to shift. I became a big fan of deep rest meditation retreats. Early 2018 I finished my 500hr Vinyasa teacher training and I started teaching. After I moved to Dublin and got pregnant with my little one, I again turned to yoga to help me transition.
