Yoga Instructor

Whenever my head was full, I went to yoga. I started developing a steady practice in 2011 at my favorite school in Amsterdam. Svaha taught me strong & spiritual vinyasa to ‘burn’ the fluctuations of the mind and to open up the body. Alongside a fast paced job in media, time with the yogic community felt like bliss. The more I practiced, the more things in my life started to shift. I became a big fan of deep rest meditation retreats. Early 2018 I finished my 500hr Vinyasa teacher training and I started teaching. After I moved to Dublin and got pregnant with my little one, I again turned to yoga to help me transition.

As I embarked on my own journey into motherhood, I continued with a Mum & Baby yoga training after my fourth trimester.


These experiences have provided me with great support and nourishment, and the ability to celebrate the powerful female cycle that we share. I hope to provide the same for the women in my classes, and of course to my own little family.


The journey continues… as we are now expecting our second baby !'
