Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Bronagh has been practicing yoga and Pilates for 15 years. Training for marathons initiated her passion for the practices. She found a deeper essence from Pilates and yoga, which led to further understanding the blessings of the teachings within the movements.
Bronagh’s classes aim to align body, mind and movement, synchronising strength, energy and flow. Hopefully, leaving all balanced, fulfilled and lighter at the end of each class.
