My first encounter with a yoga mat in 2003 sparked the beginning of my yoga journey and my love of the practice. Following a bereavement in 2013, I found that yoga really helped me to navigate the choppy waters of grief and planted the seed of wanting to share the benefits of yoga with others. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016 and added Yoga Therapy to the mix in 2019. Drawing from my own practice, and my background in psychology and coaching, I like to teach a dynamic yet mindful vinyasa flow class, focused on attention to alignment/modifications. My aim is to create a welcoming environment where we can come together to strengthen the body, calm the mind and ground ourselves in the here and now.
