Terms

Terms and conditions

These terms cover every class, pass, membership, workshop, course and gift card you buy from us.

About us

Yoga Dublin is a trading name of Savasana Limited, a company registered in Ireland, company number 389085. Our registered office is Hayden Brown, Grafton Buildings, 34 Grafton Street, Dublin 2.

You can reach us at info@yogadublin.com, or at any of our four studios in Rathmines, Ranelagh, Harold’s Cross and Charlemont.

How we handle your personal information is on our privacy and cookies page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Irish consumer law.

Booking and paying

Classes, passes and memberships are booked and paid for through Mindbody, our booking system. You need a free Mindbody account to book, and a booking is confirmed when Mindbody confirms it.

Prices are on our pricing page and include VAT. Mindbody is the record of what you bought.

Coming to class

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start. We can’t let anyone in once a class has begun, so if you’re running late, call the studio.

Tell your teacher before class about any injury, health condition or pregnancy.

You must be 18 or over to attend classes and workshops, unless the teacher or studio manager agrees otherwise.

We may refuse admission to a class.

Cancelling a class

Cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts, in the Mindbody app or on our website, so someone on the waitlist can take your place.

Cancelling later than that, or not turning up, counts as a late cancellation:

A single class or a class pack

Uses the class

The 30-day intro offer

Takes 3 days off the offer

A membership

More than three in 30 days earns a written warning. Further late cancellations or absences may mean online booking is suspended, and you can still book by phoning the studio

Passes and class packs

A pass or pack is for the named account holder only, and can’t be transferred or shared.

Intro offers are for new customers, once per person.

Reformer packs must be used within the period shown on our pricing page.

Student and concession rates need valid ID, shown at the desk.

Memberships

Starting. A membership starts on the day you buy it. It covers all regularly scheduled yoga, mat Pilates and barre classes at all four studios, and gives you 10% off workshops, courses and products.

Paying. Contract memberships are paid monthly, charged automatically to the card on your Mindbody account. You commit to the minimum term of the contract you choose. After that it continues month to month until you cancel.

Cancelling. Email info@yogadublin.com at least 15 days before your next payment date. If you cancel before your minimum term ends, a €50 cancellation fee applies. A monthly payment that has already been taken isn’t refunded, in full or in part, and cancellations can’t be backdated.

Freezing. You can freeze your membership for one month at a time, up to twice in any 12 months, but not in the first three months. Email info@yogadublin.com at least 15 days before your next payment date. Freezes can’t be backdated.

Your membership is yours. It can’t be transferred or shared. If someone else attends using your membership, we will close it.

Workshops

Please make sure you can attend before you book.

Cancel at least 72 hours before the workshop and you get the full amount back as credit on your account.

Cancel within 72 hours, arrive late and miss it, or don’t come, and there’s no refund.

Courses and teacher trainings

Please make sure you can make every date before you book. Deposits are not refundable. If you cancel:

A month to two weeks before the start

50% of what you have paid beyond the deposit

Within two weeks of the start

No refund

For courses led by visiting international teachers, there’s no refund within a month of the start.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.

The timetable

The timetable can change. The teacher shown is who we expect to teach, not a guarantee. If we cancel a class you’ve booked, we’ll let you know and the class goes back on your pass.

Studio hire and yoga at work

Studio hire and workplace sessions are quoted for each booking, and the terms are the ones in that quote.

Complaints and the law

If something has gone wrong, email info@yogadublin.com and we’ll put it right where we can.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute.
