Fiona began her yoga journey in 2010 and has been honoured to be taught by many passionate teachers over the years. Fiona's classes aim to explore the body and mind through slow flow sequences and breathwork. Expect to leave feeling more curious about yourself and more comfortable in your own body through exploring movement, the breath and meditation. Fiona believes yoga is for everyone and will always offer options and modifications to allow you to explore your own yoga practice. Fiona aims to create an inclusive learning environment for all students. Fiona completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Dublin, and continues to explore further teachings to inspire her classes and her own practice.
