Stephen offers a strong and steady asana practice, balancing pace with pause, bookended by breathwork and meditation. He cultivates an encouraging and open environment, supporting practitioners to embrace their potential in body, breath and mind.
Stephen has observed the benefits of yogic practices on his mind and mental health, his experience of his physical body, and in living open-heartedly. This inspires his offerings. Curiosity, compassion, connection and clarity inform how he guides people.Â
With a background in strength training for all of his adult life - acquiring injuries and quirks along the way - he offers asana in a way that is accessible and aligned, sympathetic to each physical body's unique story.Â
Stephen completed Hatha and Vinyasa trainings in India and Ireland (qualifying with Yoga Dublin), and breathwork and meditation training in London. He is committed to ongoing learning.
