Laura Murphy

Yoga Instructor

Passionate about all things wellness and how the body moves some days differently to others, Laura’s style of teaching is based on fluid and intuitive movement, creating awareness to the breath and how the poses feel in the body rather than how they look. Her classes are a mix between fun and dynamic sequences as well as slow and strong and they are accessible to all levels. Laura began practicing yoga over a decade ago when she was studying for her college exams and she has been in love with it ever since. It is her way of coping with stress and anxiety and the busyness of everyday life. It is an opportunity for her to slow down, connect with the breath and learn to take each day as it comes. After years of studying and working in the corporate world, Laura decided to complete her first 200 hour teacher training in Mexico at the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2018. Since then, she completed a 20hr Mandala Vinyasa Methodology teacher training with Dulce Aguilar in Dublin and a 30hr CPD with Davin Jones & Daniel Morgan in London. In 2021 she returned to Mexico and completed her 300 hour advanced certification as well as a 100 hour in Yin & Restorative Yoga. For Laura, yoga is a way of life rather than just a practice. She hopes to help people create a healthy balance in their life and a stronger body and mind; both on and off the mat.
