Mia Romani

Yoga Instructor

I completed my 300hr yoga teacher training with Talia Sutra based on Ghosh lineage, as well as Ashtanga Yoga, Dharma Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Prior to that most of my training has been in Vinyasa and Iyengar styles with Rohan Hennessy who has been training teachers for 15 years and is well known for his highly technical approach. My teaching focuses on alignment and detail, minimising unnecessary movement and finding a balance of strength and flexibility in every posture and emphasising breath awareness. Since beginning my yoga journey I have realised what a powerful tool yoga can be to bring about a positive change in my own life. Yoga helps me feel stronger, more grounded, healthier and happier. I would like to encourage you to try it for yourself, hoping that you can also feel similar benefits. I feel very excited and privileged to share this with you. See you on the mat!
