Yoga & Pilates Instructor
I have practiced yoga and Pilates for over 10 years.
I am trained in Pilates Mat Level I and II as well as Reformer Pilates.
I have completed over 500hrs of Yoga teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin, Restorative, Myofascial Movement etc. All these styles inform my teaching.
Yoga has taught me the powerful link of the body and the mind through the breath. Through Pilates I found a stronger physical and psychological core, a sense of personal strength and mastery.Both practices have gifted me with wonderful friendships. Community, connection, joy and presence in movement are things I believe in. My intention is to make the practice safe, accessible and interesting and to have some fun along the way!
