Andrew's goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone, at any level. My teaching style has been described as authentic and non-judgmental, accepting of individual limits.
His classes combine both strength and mobility work in a Vinyasa Flow style. You can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
Catie Pauley

Catie loves to teach a high energy flow that will get you out of your head and into the moment. Her classes are specifically designed to curate a high-vibe experience to bring not only the benefits of each physical pose, but to create some headspace amidst a world of anxiety and to-do lists.
Fiona O'Callaghan
Yoga Instructor
Fiona's teaching focus the energy primarily on the exploration deep within oneself. She sees yoga as a transformative medicine that nourishes the soul to encourage happiness throughout life and a vibrant journey of self exploration. Her aim is to inspire students to find their connection to the breath and movement and in time, weaving this connection into every day life.
Jess Oatway

Jess’s practice was born out of work related stress and back pain! She was working in a stressful job and noticed that after sitting at her desk for 3 to 4 hours without moving, her back would start to hurt. So she found a yoga class near to her work and started going every Monday.
John McGuire
Yoga Instructor
John has been teaching his Gentle Yoga classes at Yoga Dublin for the past four years.
He is currently teaching online on Mondays at 3pm, Wednesdays at 10.30am and Fridays at 5pm. His classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all ages, whether you are a beginner, early improver or regular practitioner.
Kasia Eliasz
Yoga Instructor
Kasia completed her 200-Hour YTT in 2018, and later on deepening her knowledge with ULU Yoga, completing another 200-Hour Training.
Kasia has been practicing yoga since she was fifteen. Kasia teaches Vinyasa Flow with a strong emphasis on energy and breath work. Kasia has been also teaching Power, Yin and Chair Yoga, as well as yoga and creative movement to children.
Chris Kane
Yoga Instructor
Chris received his 200-hour teacher training with Carson Calhoun and enjoys practicing and teaching a strength-based Vinyasa style of yoga that aims to build muscle, flexibility, balance, reduce stress and compliment your overall fitness journey.
Chris is also certified as a RCYT-95 (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) with a trauma-informed focus.
Dee Cullen
Yoga Instructor
Dee is an RYT 580hrs Yoga Teacher, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Mum&Baby Yoga.
Dee completed her 200hr Teacher Training in India in 2017 which focused on the Ashtanga practice. She's been practicing Ashtanga since then with internationally renowned teachers. Alongside this, Dee completed her advanced yoga teacher training course with Yoga London in 2021.
Elizabeth Herman
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Elizabeth has practiced yoga for over 20 years and completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2012. She furthered her knowledge with 300-hours of advanced yoga training with Bidyut Bose at Niroga Institute in Oakland, California and qualified to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hansen Lasater and Yoga Nidra IRest with Richard Miller in San Francisco.
Hannah Dabrowska

Hannah’s teachings are based on hatha yoga with elements of ashtanga vinyasa and simple
pranayama. She loves to see her student growing and progressing on the mat. Hannah believes
that regular practice of yoga can improve peoples life and with a right approach everyone can
become a yogi.
Lori Nugent
Yoga Instructor
After years of teaching Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Lori also completed a Pre-Natal Yoga training and has been teaching Pregnancy Yoga ever since.
Whether She is teaching Vinyasa, Restorative or Pregnancy classes, Loris focus is on the subjects of gratitude, love and acceptance for oneself.

Claudia Manica
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Claudia is a fitness trainer of international experience whose work focuses on body, mind and wellbeing.
As a qualified physical therapist who graduated from UCD Sport and Fitness, she has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with more than 12 years of experience in Yoga and 5 years in Pilates.
Jules Gavin
Yoga Instructor
Jules discovered yoga nearly 14 years ago.
Her practice to date was predominantly Bikram until she found the Absolute Series and Vinyasa in the most recent years. Jules personal preference is a high energy yang type of yoga practice, hence her passion for the Absolute Hot Sequence.
Maider Arrausi

My intention is to make the practice safe, accessible and interesting and to have some fun along the way! Yoga has taught me the powerful link of the body and the mind through the breath. Through Pilates I found a stronger physical and psychological core, a sense of personal strength and mastery
