Amelia loves to teach a challenging class her students will feel in all the right places the next day! Amelia also teaches BarreConcept. She loves it because it’s a cardio workout combining Pilates and body conditioning.

In Amy's classes, you will explore the Philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as flowing through the poses. It's the Philosophy of yoga that is where real yoga begins as you start to take this off the mat.
Andrew's goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone, at any level. My teaching style has been described as authentic and non-judgmental, accepting of individual limits.
His classes combine both strength and mobility work in a Vinyasa Flow style. You can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
Whether a strong Vinyasa or a static Yin practice, the meditative aspects of the practice are fundamental to how she teaches.

Catie loves to teach a high energy flow that will get you out of your head and into the moment. Her classes are specifically designed to curate a high-vibe experience to bring not only the benefits of each physical pose, but to create some headspace amidst a world of anxiety and to-do lists.
Chris received his 200-hour teacher training with Carson Calhoun and enjoys practicing and teaching a strength-based Vinyasa style of yoga that aims to build muscle, flexibility, balance, reduce stress and compliment your overall fitness journey.
Chris is also certified as a RCYT-95 (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) with a trauma-informed focus.

For me, exercise has always been about mental health and battling my demons through movement. I wanted to give others that same feeling of wellbeing that fitness and dance has given me.
Dee is an RYT 580hrs Yoga Teacher, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Mum&Baby Yoga.
Dee completed her 200hr Teacher Training in India in 2017 which focused on the Ashtanga practice. She's been practicing Ashtanga since then with internationally renowned teachers. Alongside this, Dee completed her advanced yoga teacher training course with Yoga London in 2021.
Des has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2010.
He discovered the practice quite by chance through a Christmas present from his wife, but immediately knew that it was for him.
Eleanor strongly believes Pilates is for everyone, and tailors her classes to suit individuals’ bodies and abilities. Her classes focus on improving mobility & spinal health, strengthening muscles and gradually increasing flexibility.
Eszter's teaching varies from relaxing, calming restorative to dynamic and
vigorous Vinyasa styles. Using her extensive understanding of the human
body, expect to be guided through sequences that are inspiring and safe, with
attention to correct alignment.
Fiona's teaching focus the energy primarily on the exploration deep within oneself. She sees yoga as a transformative medicine that nourishes the soul to encourage happiness throughout life and a vibrant journey of self exploration. Her aim is to inspire students to find their connection to the breath and movement and in time, weaving this connection into every day life.
Fiona's classes aim to explore the body and mind through slow flow sequences and breathwork. Expect to leave feeling more curious about yourself and more comfortable in your own body through exploring movement, the breath and meditation.
I like to teach a dynamic yet mindful vinyasa flow class, focused on attention to alignment/modifications. My aim is to create a welcoming environment where we can come together to strengthen the body, calm the mind and ground ourselves in the here and now.
Goran loves to integrate elements of various yoga methods he practiced for years like Dharma yoga, Ashtanga, Yin or Jivamukti, offering variations of poses for different levels, always making them easily accessible to complete beginners and advanced practitioners.
Hannah's classes are based on a vinyasa-style practice, incorporating breath with movement. encouraging students to explore each posture while respecting their own physical ability. The goal of each class is to bring awareness and understanding into the body.
Hannah’s teachings are based on hatha yoga with elements of ashtanga vinyasa and simple
pranayama. She loves to see her student growing and progressing on the mat. Hannah believes
that regular practice of yoga can improve peoples life and with a right approach everyone can
become a yogi.
Jeany Milton uses her unique experience as a qualified physiotherapist, yoga teacher and mother to a child with special needs to bring her students into a profound and meaningful experience with their own bodies.
Jess’s practice was born out of work related stress and back pain! She was working in a stressful job and noticed that after sitting at her desk for 3 to 4 hours without moving, her back would start to hurt. So she found a yoga class near to her work and started going every Monday.
Joanna began to train in India in 2004 .Her main practice there was in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition.
Jo completed her teacher training in Los Angeles at the renowned Yoga Works studio in Santa Monica
with her mentor Annie Carpenter.
Jocelyn loves to teach a dynamic vinyasa style class, connecting movement and breath, allowing students to really drop into their bodies and practice a type of moving meditation.
John has been teaching his Gentle Yoga classes at Yoga Dublin for the past four years.
He is currently teaching online on Mondays at 3pm, Wednesdays at 10.30am and Fridays at 5pm. His classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all ages, whether you are a beginner, early improver or regular practitioner.
Jules discovered yoga nearly 14 years ago.
Her practice to date was predominantly Bikram until she found the Absolute Series and Vinyasa in the most recent years. Jules personal preference is a high energy yang type of yoga practice, hence her passion for the Absolute Hot Sequence.
Kasia completed her 200-Hour YTT in 2018, and later on deepening her knowledge with ULU Yoga, completing another 200-Hour Training.
Kasia has been practicing yoga since she was fifteen. Kasia teaches Vinyasa Flow with a strong emphasis on energy and breath work. Kasia has been also teaching Power, Yin and Chair Yoga, as well as yoga and creative movement to children.
Kates classes offer a strong but meditative physical practice. Aiming to create a sense of balance and peace.
Kate completed her 200-hour YTT in Colombia. Since then, she has taught yoga throughout Central and South America.
Kate incorporates breath work, mobility and strength so that you leave class feeling balanced and energized.
Kate has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has over 1500hrs training under her belt.
She is trained in Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Yin, Chakra Yoga, Sivananda and Quiet Practices.
Laurel did her Yoga Teacher Training in India and is also a personal trainer & fitness instructor. Laurel brings a playful energy to her classes, and tries to create flows that are equally strong, energetic, reflective and meditative.
Linda is a 500-Hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher. Who went on to finish her qualifications in Pre and Post Natal trainings additionally completing her mum & baby course after giving birth to her babies.
Lisa believes in Pilates as an integral part of everyday life. Pilates movements can help everyoneto develop optimal health and vitality.

After years of teaching Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Lori also completed a Pre-Natal Yoga training and has been teaching Pregnancy Yoga ever since.
Whether She is teaching Vinyasa, Restorative or Pregnancy classes, Loris focus is on the subjects of gratitude, love and acceptance for oneself.

In yoga we move in a way that allows us to move stagnant energy, this can often be misplaced as stiffness or tightness in the body. Mentally it can leave us feeling drained or unmotivated.

Monica is passionate about bringing Yoga and its benefits to absolutely everybody, no matter their age, level of ability or physical condition. All of her classes include breath awareness and mindful movement, and end with a lovely guided relaxation
Niamh is an avid yogi! She first started practicing yoga in 2011 but rediscovered her love for yoga in 2014 while living and working in New York. Yoga allowed her to switch off from the hustle and bustle that was New York.

Olwyn completed her teacher training in India in 2004. From there she continued her studies in New York with Shiva Rea, more at Jivamukti and then continued to emerge herself in many styles from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Shadow, Anusara until now 20+ years later offering a style that brings out the best in all she has learnt.
Rachael O’ Meara Curran
Rachael teaches movement in a holistic way, showing students how to make poses work for their body instead of trying to mold their body to the poses.
His signature practice is a dynamic form of vinyasa based on alignment and empowerment. It focuses on aligning the physical poses with the breath, heart, and mind, and on empowering oneself to become strong, authentic and confident, both on and off the mat.
Shane completed his 200 hour teacher training in Dublin with Brian Malone. Since then he has continued his training with Micheal James Wong of Krama Yoga and has done lots of trainings with Adam Husler.
Silvio sees yoga as a gateway to the self. his teaching style is non-judgemental and focused on helping to foster the student’s individual and unique relationship with yoga and their own bodies. He uses the fluidity of vinyasa to help awaken and inspire this connection to ourselves and to the world around us.
Sinead is a Yoga Teacher and Women's Wellbeing & Cycle Coach whose work supports overwhelmed & burnt-out women to heal their relationships with their bodies and cycles through cyclical self-care and connecting with the Divine Feminine.
She has been teaching various formats like Hatha, Ashtanga, Pre & Postnatal, Power Yoga,and Meditation for over 8 years and is also a Pranic Healer (Energy Healer)
Susie qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014. Susie is passionate about yoga as a tool for empowering women and their bodies both during and after their pregnancies. She is qualified in pre and post-natal/ mum and baby yoga as well as kids and teens yoga.
