Alex O' Brien
Alex trained in Thailand in 2017 in Ashtanga yoga and completed his 200 YTT.
He has since trained in Budokon yoga, a style which focuses on the transitions through the poses, combining strength and flexibility in a beautiful and energizing mobility-based flow.
As an educator for 20 years, Aoife fell in love with the potential of yoga to bring about personal transformation and wellbeing, different to that which can be achieved in the academic setting of lecture room or classroom.
Chris received his 200-hour teacher training with Carson Calhoun and enjoys practicing and teaching a strength-based Vinyasa style of yoga that aims to build muscle, flexibility, balance, reduce stress and compliment your overall fitness journey.
Chris is also certified as a RCYT-95 (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) with a trauma-informed focus.
Des has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2010.
He discovered the practice quite by chance through a Christmas present from his wife, but immediately knew that it was for him.
Jess’s practice was born out of work related stress and back pain! She was working in a stressful job and noticed that after sitting at her desk for 3 to 4 hours without moving, her back would start to hurt. So she found a yoga class near to her work and started going every Monday.
John has been teaching his Gentle Yoga classes at Yoga Dublin for the past four years.
He is currently teaching online on Mondays at 3pm, Wednesdays at 10.30am and Fridays at 5pm. His classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all ages, whether you are a beginner, early improver or regular practitioner.
Laurel did her Yoga Teacher Training in India and is also a personal trainer & fitness instructor. Laurel brings a playful energy to her classes, and tries to create flows that are equally strong, energetic, reflective and meditative.
After years of teaching Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Lori also completed a Pre-Natal Yoga training and has been teaching Pregnancy Yoga ever since.
Whether She is teaching Vinyasa, Restorative or Pregnancy classes, Loris focus is on the subjects of gratitude, love and acceptance for oneself.
Michele Van Valey
Michele started practicing yoga seriously after two emergency surgeries in her late twenties. With ten pins and a titanium plate installed in her left ankle, the prognosis was arthritis and limited range of motion.
Nicole decided to pursue her yoga teacher training with Green International in
2019 and did her advanced training in Vinyasa. In each of her classes Nicole aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to all of her students.
Susie qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014. Susie is passionate about yoga as a tool for empowering women and their bodies both during and after their pregnancies. She is qualified in pre and post-natal/ mum and baby yoga as well as kids and teens yoga.
Aislin studied under the guidance of Corina Benner for her 250 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and 60 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Aislin has been a teacher of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for four years and is a dedicated life-long student of the practice.
Amelia trained as a fitness instructor in Litton Lane and holds an NCEF (National Certificate in Exercise & Fitness). She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with Bodyfirm in both Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (advanced) mat work.
Bibi has been teaching yoga for the past 12 years. At the heart of every one of Bibi's classes lies the intention to offer you a space to slow down, digest life and re-discover the ways in which your own potential is ready to express itself into life.
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Claudia is a fitness trainer of international experience whose work focuses on body, mind and wellbeing.
As a qualified physical therapist who graduated from UCD Sport and Fitness, she has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with more than 12 years of experience in Yoga and 5 years in Pilates.
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Elizabeth has practiced yoga for over 20 years and completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2012. She furthered her knowledge with 300-hours of advanced yoga training with Bidyut Bose at Niroga Institute in Oakland, California and qualified to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hansen Lasater and Yoga Nidra IRest with Richard Miller in San Francisco.
Joanna began to train in India in 2004 .Her main practice there was in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition.
Jo completed her teacher training in Los Angeles at the renowned Yoga Works studio in Santa Monica
with her mentor Annie Carpenter.
Jules discovered yoga nearly 14 years ago.
Her practice to date was predominantly Bikram until she found the Absolute Series and Vinyasa in the most recent years. Jules personal preference is a high energy yang type of yoga practice, hence her passion for the Absolute Hot Sequence.
Kate completed her 200-hour YTT in Colombia. Since then, she has taught yoga throughout Central and South America.
Kate incorporates breath work, mobility and strength so that you leave class feeling balanced and energized.
Lena is a Pilates Instructor and a yoga teacher with many years of coaching and teaching experience. Coming from a competitive swimming background she has been using Pilates as a part of her fitness regime for many years
Mignon van der Linde
Mignon found yoga after completing her first degree had left her feeling uncertain, anxious and lost. She began practicing daily only then to start travelling and is now a 850-Hour certified yoga teacher. She specialises in Dynamic vinyasa, Hot yoga, Rocket Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Expect a strong class with a deeply nourishing finish.
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Nikki McNamara is a trained Pilates instructor, NCHES Fitness Instructor and Reps Level 4 Personal Trainer. Additionally she is Pre/Post Natal Fitness Coach & Pre/Post Natal Pilates Instructor.
Nikki has been Personal Training, Teaching Pilates, Barre & Reformer for the past 8 years. She has a wealth of knowledge & experience that shines through in her classes.
Sarah Kate Cush
Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training in Dublin in 2018.
She aims to create safe and nurturing classes that intelligently work the
body and allow students to explore that body-mind-spirit connection.
Aislinn is a 200HR qualified yoga teacher in Prenatal and Postnatal (Mum and Baby). Aislinn has been teaching yoga in Ireland for five years and has practiced and trained in cities all over the world.
She believes that helping to make the experience of pregnancy a little bit easier, peaceful and calm for others is a great privilege.
Amy Charlie Savory
Amy Charlie found Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda when she was dealing with anxiety and depression - it was invaluable to her recovery and has relied upon it ever since to help her deal with everyday stress and the challenges of life.
Catie loves to teach a high energy flow that will get you out of your head and into the moment. Her classes are specifically designed to curate a high-vibe experience to bring not only the benefits of each physical pose, but to create some headspace amidst a world of anxiety and to-do lists.
Dee is an RYT 580hrs Yoga Teacher, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Mum&Baby Yoga.
Dee completed her 200hr Teacher Training in India in 2017 which focused on the Ashtanga practice. She's been practicing Ashtanga since then with internationally renowned teachers. Alongside this, Dee completed her advanced yoga teacher training course with Yoga London in 2021.
Ger qualified as a gym instructor in 1997, under NCEF programme, and freelanced as an aerobics teacher. She trained as a Vinyasa Flow Teacher with Dave Curtis and is certified by Yoga Alliance.
Jocelyn completed her first 200hr training back in 2013. Since that first training, she has completed a second 200hr with Baptiste Power Flow and a 50hr Budokon Yoga certification.
Kasia completed her 200-Hour YTT in 2018, and later on deepening her knowledge with ULU Yoga, completing another 200-Hour Training.
Kasia has been practicing yoga since she was fifteen. Kasia teaches Vinyasa Flow with a strong emphasis on energy and breath work. Kasia has been also teaching Power, Yin and Chair Yoga, as well as yoga and creative movement to children.
Kate has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has over 1500hrs training under her belt.
She is trained in Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Yin, Chakra Yoga, Sivananda and Quiet Practices.
Linda is a 500-Hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher. Who went on to finish her qualifications in Pre and Post Natal trainings additionally completing her mum & baby course after giving birth to her babies.
Pilates and Barre Instructor
Mich believes in exercising safely and effectively and she offers modifications and progressions in her classes whilst maintaining a continuous flow of movement.
Niamh is an avid yogi! She first started practicing yoga in 2011 but rediscovered her love for yoga in 2014 while living and working in New York. Yoga allowed her to switch off from the hustle and bustle that was New York.
Olwyn completed her teacher training in India in 2004. From there she continued her studies in New York with Shiva Rea, more at Jivamukti and then continued to emerge herself in many styles from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Shadow, Anusara until now 20+ years later offering a style that brings out the best in all she has learnt.
Shane completed his 200 hour teacher training in Dublin with Brian Malone. Since then he has continued his training with Micheal James Wong of Krama Yoga and has done lots of trainings with Adam Husler.
