Born and raised in the south of India, Manasi’s Yoga journey has been a part of her life at various
levels. Her principles of life are very much on lines with the Yoga Philosophy.
Asana practice drew her attention when she met with a back injury and couldn’t walk. She experienced the benefits of yoga physically as well as energetically.
This has only strengthened her belief system on it. An immersive teacher training program woke her up to teach and share the knowledge and power of yoga to as many people as she could. She stepped on to the teacher’s mat and has never looked back.
Manasi teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. Her Mantra is to always find moderation and
balance in any aspect of life.
Manasi is 200 Hour RYT from Lumi Power Yoga, London. Certified in the Baptiste Methodology,
her classes are focused on Asana, Meditation and Inquiry. You are sure to experience a strong and grounded practice, and leave the room empowered with new possibilities.
Manasi is drawn personally to the practice of Yin. With our lives containing so much Yang, she
believes in the power of giving space for Yin. She certified under Mel McLaughlin, The Yin Space.
Connecting within and with people heart to heart is her key to her yin classes. Tune in, discover your possibility with time and leave her class rejuvenated.
Manasi is trained in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Her Vinyasa classes are focused on synchronizing breath and movement, understanding physicality, meditation and self inquiry. So drop what you know already about you, every single time, and come in for that fresh power and leave rejuvenated both in and out.
Trained in Yin Yoga for her personal practice, Manasi discovered the need for yin for a yang person that she used to be - the passive internal heat building practice complimenting the active muscles. Feeling it in her and discovering how her practice is evolving with Yin adding changes to her yang, she is excited to take it to the next level and share it with her students. Her classes involve breath work and tuning inward while being in poses, holding them and taking them to that edge that one feels in their body, in their mind and in their soul. You are yin it for a delicious treat :)
