Pilates and Barre Instructor
Mich has been a lover of all forms of dance since she was a child but gave up dancing following a car accident in her late teens. On her quest to find relief from the chronic pain she was experiencing, and keen to get back into body movement, she discovered yoga. During her yoga journey, Mich found herself attracted to the grace and precision of Pilates and, embarking on a new career path, trained to teach both yoga and Pilates, as well as getting back to her roots with dance training. Mich believes in exercising safely and effectively and she offers modifications and progressions in her classes whilst maintaining a continuous flow of movement.
