Tatiana Astakhova

Pilates and Ballet Barre Instructor

I originally trained as a dancer in college, and over the past three years I’ve been exploring Pilates, barre, and yoga because I love how they help me feel strong and energetic. I enjoy creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone can feel good in their bodies and enjoy movement. My classes focus on techniques and alignment, all within a fun, supportive atmosphere where you can laugh, challenge yourself, and grow. I have been practicing yoga for six years. I started because when I'm on the mat, all my problems fade away, and after each practice, I feel calm and light. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which deepened my practice and inspired me to start teaching and sharing my knowledge. My teaching style focuses on listening to your body, taking your time, developing awareness, and improving both strength and flexibility. I create a welcoming and supportive space where everyone can learn, grow, and feel amazing. After my classes, you'll leave feeling refreshed, energized, and light
