At Yoga Dublin Studios we aim to deliver the highest standard of teaching. Our classes and courses are structured very simply according to different levels. We recommend that you start off at Level 1 and when you are confident with your progress, we encourage you to speak with your teacher before moving up a level.
It is also important to note that each teacher has their specific style of teaching – some take a softer approach, while other teachers would give a stronger challenging class.
Please feel free to speak to any of the receptionists if you are looking for advice or recommendations on which class to start off with. The development of our students is of utmost importance to us.
Yoga/Pilates – Level 1 – Open to those in the initial stages of their Yoga or Pilates practice.
Yoga/Pilates – Level 2 – These intermediate level classes challenge students on a deeper physical level, introducing more challenging postures. Not suitable for beginners.
Yoga/Pilates – Level 3 – Advanced level classes are suitable for those experienced Yoga or Pilates practitioners, those with a regular practice.
If there is no specific level mentioned the class is open to all levels from complete beginners to those more experienced. The teacher adapts the class accordingly.
