A two-hour soundbath with Liam Oragh in Ranelagh, to close the year.

Join Liam for a two-hour soundbath to welcome the arrival of winter and the festive season. Winter is a time of deep rest and stillness, and there are few better ways to mark the season of hibernation than being held in the warm vibrations of a soundbath on a long Sunday afternoon in December.
A soundbath is a sonic meditation: you lie down with your eyes closed and are immersed in the sound of gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, pipes and other traditional and sacred instruments. It can help with stress, anxiety and a racing mind, with grief and low mood, with concentration and emotional release, and with deeper, more restful sleep.
Liam Oragh is a professional sound therapist and award-winning singer-songwriter who hosts soundbaths, retreats and workshops across Dublin and Leinster. His soundbath has featured at the Irish Museum of Modern Art as part of its summer evening programme, and at First Fortnight, Ireland’s mental health arts festival.
Anyone. No experience and no particular level of fitness is needed — bring a mat, a blanket and an open mind.
Soundbaths are not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for anyone with epilepsy, a pacemaker or metal plates.
