Ninety minutes in Ranelagh on releasing stress held in the body.

We carry much of our daily stress and busyness not just in the mind but in the body: tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, shallow breathing, a quiet and persistent tiredness.
This ninety-minute workshop is a gentle, grounded space to slow down and listen to what the body has been holding on to. Through somatic and intuitive micro-movements and nervous system regulation techniques, you will learn to release deep-seated muscular tension and shift out of fight-or-flight into restorative rest. Rather than pushing into postures, the practice invites you to soften, feel and let go at your own pace.
You will experience:
Anyone — whether you are in a busy phase of life, feeling physically tight, or just want a quiet afternoon to reset. No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
