About this workshop

As the new year begins, take the opportunity to pause, ground and realign.

Join Jocelyn for a two-hour yin and yoga nidra workshop: a full-body energetic reset, moving gently through each of the seven chakras to release stagnation, restore balance and set intentions for the year ahead.

We begin with a grounding breathwork practice, then move slowly through a series of long-held yin postures designed to awaken and harmonise the energy centres, from the stability of the root chakra to the spacious awareness of the crown. Each pose includes gentle physical cueing, an energetic intention and a supporting affirmation.

The workshop closes with a deeply restorative yoga nidra — guided yogic sleep — taking you on a meditative journey through the chakras and inviting your sankalpa, a heartfelt intention, to take root.

Who it’s for

Anyone wanting to start the year slowly. No prior experience of yin or yoga nidra is needed and all are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen, an eye pillow or scarf if you like one for nidra, and anything else that helps you feel warm and supported.
