Rooted in tradition and refined for the modern teacher, this 30-hour CPD offers an in-depth exploration of the classical 26 × 2 hot yoga sequence, taught with intelligence, integrity and contemporary understanding.
It honours the lineage and discipline of the original method while embracing modern anatomy, inclusivity and ethical teaching standards.
Over thirty hours you will study the structure, intention and sequencing logic of the series, and:
- Refine posture alignment and intelligent cueing
- Explore breath mechanics and thermoregulation
- Learn to teach safely and sustainably in a heated room
