Prenatal Yoga Prenatal Yoga is a form of exercise and meditation where breath and specific body positions are used to help connect the mind and body. Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically attuned to the pregnant body. It’s a great way to nurture yourself during this special time. Good to Know: We don't recommend starting prenatal yoga before your second trimester. It's important to stop your existing practice as well until you get a go ahead from your doctor, practicing with an experienced prenatal yoga teacher from trimester two is our only recommendation otherwise. To get the most out of your practice, share any prenatal symptoms with your teacher at the beginning of class. They might offer extra tips, adjustments or props, as you move through yoga poses or breathing techniques.Explore more supports for mums at Yoga Dublin on our Mums page or check out our Mum Talk page.
