This advanced training is designed to support experienced teachers in deepening their personal practice while developing the confidence, creativity, and mastery to guide others with clarity and authenticity. Each module has been carefully curated to explore advanced techniques, philosophy, and applied teaching skills, with highly experienced faculty chosen for their expertise, wisdom, and dedication to the path of yoga.

ASANA, ANATOMY, PHILOSOPHY, 
ENERGETIC BODY, BUSINESS & YOGA SCULPT

€3499 with membership. €3299 early bird. 

This training has a limited number of spaces we have kept it small in order to attend to everyone's needs. giving you a niche, specialised training. we ask for students to have minimum 1 year of practice. Students MUST have their 200hr YTT to enroll, and it is recommended to have 1 year of teaching experience.

Skillful Teaching Techniques

Assisting, Cueing, Theming & the Five Elements Go beyond teaching the shapes. This module refines your ability to communicate clearly, assist safely, and theme classes with depth. Drawing inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements, you’ll learn to create classes that feel energetically balanced and meaningful. Expect to leave with a toolkit of language, hands-on skills, and creative sequencing ideas that elevate your teaching presence.

Biomechanics of Movement

Dive into the living science of the body through fascia, biomechanics, and functional movement. This module bridges theory and practice, helping you apply anatomy in real time within classes and workshops. You’ll explore: Fascia and its role in movement & injury prevention Breathwork from an anatomical lens Active vs. passive assisting, including PNF techniques and fascia-based assists The art of sequencing with anatomical intelligence Confidently guiding students into more advanced postures and transitions This module equips you with practical tools to make anatomy accessible and empowering— for you as a teacher, and for your students in every class.

The Energetic Body & The Systems

Explore the meeting point of science and subtle energy. This module looks at the body through both yogic and physiological perspectives, including the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, and lymphatic systems. By understanding these systems in detail, you’ll learn how breath, movement, and awareness influence energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Trauma-Informed Teaching

Learn how to create safe, supportive spaces that honour the diverse experiences of students. This module explores the principles of traumasensitive yoga, nervous system regulation, language awareness, and class design. You’ll develop the skills to teach with compassion, choice, and empowerment—so every student feels seen, respected, and supported.

Philosophy & Subtle Practices

Reconnect with yoga’s roots through direct experience. This module expands your personal practice and teaching skills with: Chanting as a tool for resonance and connection Meditation techniques for modern practitioners The chakra system as a map of personal growth By integrating these practices into your teaching, you’ll offer students not just movement, but a pathway into stillness and inner transformation.

The Business of Yoga

Teaching yoga is both a calling and a profession. This module supports you in building a sustainable, authentic career. We’ll cover: Retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings— how to plan and deliver Marketing with authenticity Building your brand as a teacher Cultivating self-reflection and personal growth alongside your business journey This is about stepping into your role as not just a teacher, but a leader—sharing yoga in ways that feel aligned, ethical, and inspiring.

Yoga Sculpt

Infuse strength and energy into your teaching with this dynamic practice. In this module, you’ll learn how to blend yoga asana with functional strength training, using both bodyweight and optional props. You’ll discover how to program fun, powerful classes that challenge students physically while staying rooted in yogic principles.

Graduation Requirements

To successfully complete the 300hr Advanced Teacher Training and receive certification, participants are required to: Complete all contact and non-contact hours included in the training. Pass a written exam, demonstrating knowledge of the course material covered. Choose one of the following as a final project: Teach a practical class, applying the skills and themes from the training. Submit a business plan, outlining a retreat, workshop, or yoga offering that reflects your unique vision as a teacher.

Jane Feighery is a teacher and student of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She is a passionate believer in our infinite potential to heal and transform ourselves and has seen how yoga can play a powerful role in our journeys towards our true selves.
