Our 200hr yoga teacher training, part-time over eight months: deepen your own practice and learn to teach, in a small group.

Eight months, part-time, to deepen your own practice and gain the tools to teach. Each module has been curated to cover the breadth of traditional yoga, with every teacher hand-picked for their years of teaching and learning. Every module links into the next.
The history of yoga asana and its four elements: vinyasa, ujjayi pranayama, bandhas and drishti. Standing, seated and finishing postures, with proper alignment, modifications and the use of props, plus the principles and art of sequencing.
Functional anatomy of the key muscles and bones used in asana, with their benefits and contraindications. There’s a strong emphasis on analysis, muscular and skeletal anatomy, and individual limitations and differences.
The roots of yoga and the practices beyond the postures, woven through the training alongside asana and anatomy.
You’ll learn how to teach vinyasa flow and start practice teaching early in the training, always supervised and guided by senior teachers.
Training days run from 8:30am to 5pm (subject to change). Certification depends on attending all hours and passing a written and a practical exam. Any missed days must be made up in a later training.
Anyone with at least a year of practice who wants to deepen it and learn to teach, and would rather train alongside work and life than take a month out. You don’t have to plan on teaching to get a lot from it.
