Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Elizabeth is qualified to teach hatha yoga, Pilates, and barre. She is an ACSM and NASM certified Personal Trainer and an ACE certified Group Exercise Instructor. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling.
Elizabeth has practiced yoga for over 20 years. She has completed two 200-hour foundational yoga teacher trainings and an additional 300-hour advanced yoga training course. She qualified to teach Restorative Yoga with Judith Hansen Lasater and Yoga Nidra IRest with Richard Miller in San Francisco.
Elizabeth holds the Balanced Body qualification to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates, undertaking well over 300-hours of Pilates training, teaching and practice to attain this top of the industry qualification.
Elizabeth loves to learn and share her knowledge with her students. She especially enjoys working with beginners and those looking to improve their personal practice. She is always looking for new, creative and effective ways to afford her students a better understanding of movement and holistically integrate this knowledge into their bodies.
