Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Claudia is a fitness trainer of international experience whose work focuses on body, mind and wellbeing.
As a qualified physical therapist who graduated from UCD Sport and Fitness, she has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with more than 12 years of experience in Yoga and 5 years in Pilates. Her classes focus on core strengthening, flexibility, and mobility - to provide a strong healthy body and assist with injury prevention.
She plans her classes to be dynamic and strong but easy to follow with clear instructions.
She teaches from beginners to advanced, Hatha, Dynamic yoga, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Sound bath mindfulness relaxation, Prenatal, Ashtanga Vinyasa FreeStyle, Pilates all levels & HIIT (High-intensity interval training) as well as Teacher Training courses.
She is really passionate about what she does and you will feel welcome and at ease when attending her classes.
