Alex O' Brien
Alex came to yoga through a back injury and after several years developing a personal practicing began teaching in Italy. Like many, his passion for yoga was rooted in the physical benefits, before he discovered the benefits that yoga can have on the mind, body and spirit.
He trained in Thailand in 2017 in Ashtanga yoga and completed his 200 YTT.
He has since trained in Budokon yoga, a style which focuses on the transitions through the poses, combining strength and flexibility in a beautiful and energizing mobility-based flow.
His classes are designed to help you connect with your breath, your entire body and leave you feeling centered, energised and refreshed.
