Rewards Points
We do not accept Rewards Points towards Workshops – sorry! This is because they are large value items, and generally the teachers are renting the studios, and we offer great value for visiting teacher workshops to our clients – we just can’t allow Rewards Points to be used for payment! But – the Rewards Points you earn by ATTENDING the workshops can of course be use towards any of our Class Passes/Courses/Classes – thank you for understanding!
Booking
You can book and pay through our secure 24/7 online booking system. We accept Paypal and credit cards. You can also book and pay over the phone if you prefer – please give us a call at any location!
Workshop fee
A place is not held until payment in full is received, so please do not assume you have a place, unless you have paid cash/cheque/credit/debit card/bank transfer/PayPal in full.
Refunds and Cancellations
Fees are non-refundable with less than 24hours cancellation notice. A €15 administration fee shall be deducted to any cancellations. We bring teachers from far, and away, they plan up to a year in advance. It is really unfair to turn away people, when a space is reserved, then cancelled!
Non-attendance to any individual session of a workshop once paid for, forfeits payment, for the same reasons above. We are a small operation, our teachers deserve respect for the effort, and distances they travel and value given to come here.
