From childhood, Radhika had a flare for sports and fitness and the outdoor life. She entered the teaching world as a horse riding instructor in 1996, eventually becoming a qualified fitness instructor some years later. Through her teaching she had the opportunity to demonstrate her passion for personal fitness as well as bringing confidence, health and fitness to others. Fuelled by a passion for positive health and wellbeing, she continued her training and gained qualifications in personal training, sports & holistic massage & reflexology. These eclectic therapies heightened Radhika’s keen awareness of the connection between physical fitness and mental wellness.
In Pilates Radhika found the best holistic framework for improving health and fitness. She found the benefits of Pilates to be far reaching, helping with enhanced flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination. After qualifying as a Pilates instructor, Radhika found that the Pilates technique offered an excellent medium to incorporate all her previous areas of study such as body alignment, injury prevention, recovery and wellness. Radhika, has encompassed humour and compassion into her Pilates classes and in her unique style has managed to weave a colourful tapestry of dynamic trainorship and client-oriented insight. She carefully and skilfully guides her clients to gain the all-encompassing benefits that Pilates offers. Her multi-faceted background makes her classes interesting and accessible to people of all levels.
