Vinyasa Flow is a way of moving your body, breathing and drawing your attention inwards, which forms a practice that brings your outer body and your inner body together. It is a way of quietening your chattering mind and withdrawing the senses; an opportunity to abandon the chaos of the outside world and to enter into an inner place where seeing in a clearer light can be obtained, and truth can eventually be realized.
Emma completed David Curtis’s Teacher Training Course in Vinyasa Flow Yoga 2 years ago, having spent many years prior attending classes. She has been teaching ever since on a regular basis. She finds that imparting the delights that she has discovered in her yogic practice, can be as gratifying as the practice itself.
