By foot

We are on the first level of Rockfield Central, in front of the pedestrian entrance to the Park and Ride Car Park. We are under VHI Swiftcare Clinic. We are overhead the Mace shop and Pharmacy which look out onto the Luas Platform at Balally Station.

By bike

There are lots of bike racks in front of VHI Swiftcare drop off entrance, good safe parking and likewise, also some down on the Luas platform, under camera surveillance!

By tram

The Balally Luas station is part of our Rockfield building, only 15mins from St Stephens Green/Terminus Green Line, and extending southward through Sandyford to Carrickmines and beyond 2010.

By bus

The following routes are all within five-ten minutes walk:

By car

M50: Leave the M50 at junction 13 and follow the sign posts Dublin City: Follow the N11 to the junction with Fosters Avenue. Turn right and follow R112 until the junction with Taney Road. Turn Left and make another left at the first traffic signals onto the R117 and follow the road into Dundrum.

Parking:

The Park and Ride Car Park is in our building! It is full with commuters from about 08.30am to late afternoon, but then spaces are usually easy to find from early evening on. Its only €2 for up to FOUR HOURS! As long as you are a patron of Yoga Dublin, you may use this car park. Leave on foot after parking by following signs for the Luas station. Remember to pay in advance for a ticket and remember to note your Bay Number before you leave car park, PLEASE PAY ON THE LEVEL YOU PARK ON!! IT WON’T ACCEPT YOUR BAY NUMBER ON ANY OTHER LEVEL. we are just on the left outside the pedestrian entrance to station.

Or, doing some retail therapy before/afterwards? Drive to the Dundrum Town Centre – park in Red Car Park then cross the Wykham Bypass to the signs for Balally Luas Station. Parking may be accessed from Ballinteer Rd., Sandyford Rd., and the Dundrum Bypass. There are digital signs installed on each level to indicate exactly how many parking spaces are available.
