Which Yoga Style to Choose?
In Yoga Dublin we offer a choice of yoga styles. Our teachers often combine styles to design an original, effective class. Please read our style guides listed on the top of this page and feel free to ask teachers for further explanations.
Why Do Yoga?
Yoga is beneficial for many conditions including anxiety, stress, depression, IBS, insomnia, asthma, back pain, arthritis, hypertension, and diabetes.The benefits of a regular yoga practice include:
