Pre and Post Natal Yoga

Specialist yoga devised by trained teachers to deal with the specific tools helpful to those expecting, and recovering from childbirth, cultivating strength, flexibility and breath awareness.

Prenatal suitable after First Trimester

Post natal, suitable 10 weeks after birth, babies welcome!

Please note prenatal passes may not be used towards this course.

6 weeks, eu100 or €18 drop in, €160 for this course* and Baby Massage together. Ongoing, come along any Wednesday, 11.40-12.40 * summer recess, returns in September.

Prenatal yoga:

6 x Ranelagh options = Monday evenings, 20.00-21.15, Tuesday mornings* postponed for the summer!, 10.30-11.30, Tuesday nights 19.30-20.45, Wednesday evenings, 18.50-20.05, Thursday evenings, 18.00-19.15, Saturday mornings, 09.45-10.55.

All evening prenatal classes must be booked & prepaid for six weeks from date of joining. Please use up all existing class passes by this date.

Active Birthing Workshops

Lou Horgan, a student of the Life Centre, London, is qualified Hatha Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga teacher. This forthcoming workshop will be exploring the the postures, breath and physiology of labour and birth. Lou will be drawing on knowlegde from her wonderful teachers, Uma Dismore Tuli (Life Centre,Birthlight) Judith Crowe (Active Birth), all the wise mothers, grandmothers, midwives she has met along the way, and finally from her own experience through her own home birth.
Areas covered will include. Labour and Birth postures and breathing, active birth in hospital, the role of your partner, Interventions, the post natal period and more...
